H1 passport retained with DD in chennai
Thanks for your reply... I am physician from banglore went to US on B1 and changed to J1 visa and now got a J1waiver and H1. previously I got my J1 stamped in Canada, they asked me why I did that , that is all they asked and said that they will mail the decision :(- h1doc

H1 passport retained with DD in chennai
All I went for my H1 visa stamping ( J1 to H1) in chennai the officer asked me about my previous visa and took my passport :( :mad: and DD and said that they will mail the decision. Can any one please let me know what is happening or any one in the same boat Thx- h1doc
