Visiting on Visitor Visa at expiry of H1's 6 years
Visting US within 1 year of expiry of 6 years on H1 My 6 years on H1 expires at the end of August of 2005. Can I come back to the US for 3-4 weeks on a Visitors visa towards the end of this year ? Or is it mandatory to stay outside of the US after the 6th year expiry of H1 ? Thanks, Sid- sid_hegde
