L1 to H1 conversion
Hi, Am working in US currently on L1 Visa for a company ABC. I have recently filed for my H1 through another company. So on October 1'st ie the date when my H1 comes into effect, will my L1 visa automatically expire. Or can I continue working on L1 Visa and change my status to H1 after...- diwakar76
