I understand that USCIS is not predictable. But in your experience, how long does it usually take them to make a decision on a case once they receive the RFE?

Getting a birth certificate may not be sufficient because it will be post dated document. I had submitted a birth certificate that was issued couple of years. I got an RFE saying that the birth certificate was post dated and they needed more evidence, such as school certificate and/or affidavit...
