In Process -> Data Review Mine and my other 2 colleague's online status still shows as Data Review. It was changed to Data Review from In Process on 30th Jan 2007.

Today, my online case status changed to Data Review. Earlier it was In Process for last 6 months. What does that mean? Is it good or bad?

If it mentions masters degree OR bachelors/any other degree plus 5 years of experience then you can assume that it is a EB2 category. There is no place where it mentions directly.

Mine is Montana. I also thought that case source should be Region. Should I send an email/fax to DOL to correct the case source. My attorney said it is all junk and your case should be fine.
