Transit visa after green card stamping,help!!
Hi, I am in the same boat, my passport is stamped for I-551 and I got my I-485 approval. Travelling to India via France, Do I need transit visa. Please Help.- 2002_ch_gc

Urgent Help - I-485 approved today(06/01/05), travelling to india on 06/06/05

Thx guys for your replies, I did talk to my lawyer she will need some time to respond to my query about H1B visa, most likely I have to postpone my trip. I got only tomorrow to decide. thx again.- 2002_ch_gc

Urgent Help - I-485 approved today(06/01/05), travelling to india on 06/06/05
Please advice if its safe for us to travel to india on 06/06/05. We(me and my wife) have received I-485 approval e-mail today 06/01/05, I have a valid H1 visa till July 14 05 but my wife is coming on end of july and will be entering on Advance Parole.
