I think if your W-2's over the period during and since labor certification are high enough, then that's all you need to submit (Yates memo, criteria #3).

We are in the same boat. Notice of fee rejection still appears on our online status even though we did get a notice to do the fingerprinting and we did them (in July).

I thought we filed an I-140 to get the H1?? Now I'm really confused. We just sent in an I-485 (PD is 2006), and two other forms, but none were I-140. Is this wrong??

I don't understand why people are filing I-140's. I thought if you were on an H1 you could just file the I-485...
