transfer of H1 within 6 months
I am right now on OPT and a consultant is offering a job to me. I want to know if i could transfer my H-1 within 6 months from the date of getting the H-1 activated. Is it legal for the employer to keep the H-1 papers for the term of the bond ? Does anyone know that in US is it legal to...- seekrohit
