Can we do Finger Printing in India for US citizenship?
My friend applied for US citizenship, after being on GC for 5 years. But, as soon as he applied, he left for India for medical reasons. His finger printing notice came very soon - within a month. I have 2 questions: 1. Can the finger printing be done at any US consulates in India...- vijay63
