Please Please help
I am currently married to someone with a j1 visa and I have a j2 visa. We are going to divorce. I want to return to the USA after my divorce. Can I apply for a visiting visa since I will no longer be dependant on my husbands j1? will I have to be subject to the 2 year residents requirement? :(- wilkins_dennis
