hi! I am working in opt right now which expires on jan 2006.I need to go to my country during june-july. 1)Can I go to my country after applying H1 which starts from oct 1 and come back in OPT.Is there any legal issues. 2)I have master degree from usa also so shall i wait for few more days...- rkrauniyar
