H1B app after AP
Friends, I have a tricky situation that I am hoping for help with. I have AP + EAD based on pending I-485. I wish to travel to Canada to get an H1B visa stamp. AP/EAD app without I-140 approval
Hi, my I-485/I-140 was recently filed concurrently & I just recieved my I-485 reciept. My I-140 has not been approved yet. Can I send in my application for EAD/AP at this point? Or should I wait for my I-140 approval before applying for EAD/AP? Thanks for your help on this.- sky2000
