    140 Approved ND: 01/04/05 (With Copy of Labor)

    Its my turn to say that my 140 was approved. Mine was a case where a copy of labor cert was used, because a 140 was already filed and approved with the original labor. Since the guy before never filed 485 and left the company, the original 140 was revoked and a fresh 140/485 was applied for me.
