Truncated H visa
I have been on H1B since October 2000 and my wife on H4. I got my H1B renewed from Oct 2003 to oct 2006. Meanwhile, my wife applied for a H1B in Aug 2004 and the application (lawyer) requested H1B until Dec 2006, since my wife was in India for 2 + months during 2002. Fate of old methods now?
Fate of RIR and Regular cases now? What's the fate of RIR or Regular cases filed between Jan 1st 2005 and March 28th? I found several mixed opinions(or information) about this. BEC or NPC ? Anyone knows for sure? Thanks
