    Have GC since 8 1/2 years........

    I have GC since 1996. I used to visit US every 2years (as I always applied for reentry extension permit) for a period ranging between 10 - 40 days. I moved permanently to US in sept. 2004 and am here since then. Can I apply for citizenship now?

    Time to get EAD after filing for GC?

    I am a GC. My wife's on F1(Student visa). How long will it take to get her EAD after I file for her GC? Thanks for your inputs in advance.
