    RFE, NOID, Denial Appeal - How many days for each ?

    Hi Guys When they issue RFE how many days they allow for reply ? When they issue NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny), how many days they allow for response ? When they deny, can we stay while appealing the decision ? What are the time frames ? Thanks Aman :confused:

    RD:Aug 2002-Feb 2003 - No RFE, No Approval

    Wondering how many are in Same status since Day 1 except for FPs (FP is sent by another agency independently, not USCIS ) between Aug 2002-Feb 2003 Received Date. My Details RD: 02/2003 Same Status since Day 1: :mad: Any body in the same boat ?? Is this normal ?
