    I have H1 from Company A. Company A owns a company B (70 -80%). Also company B shares the same office space and same telephone # as that of comapny A. Now Company A is planning to give me W2 form from Company B. Can they do this? Thanks, Dinesh

    can I have two companies on my w2 form?

    I am working on H1B. The CEO of my company has one more company. He is going to show me working for both companies on my W2 form. Can he do this? If no, and if does this, what kind problems I can get into in future? Thanks, Dinesh
