When is an application transferred to local Offices?
My I140 and 485 were filed with Vermont Center and the notice date is September 27th. I have been living in Rochester NY. Is there a possibility that the application be transferred to Local INS office at Rochester? How and when and why does that happen? As it stands, vermont processing...- nsdev77
