hello, My old 140 was approved beore the 485 was closed. Does anyone here know if I should apoply for new 140 with new GC or the old 140 is valid since I haven't heard anything on that from USCIS. answers appreciated. thanks.

thanks to my lawyer my 485 was denied. apparently he didnot send the documents in RFE. we have applied for MOTIC and it has been more than 8-10 weeks since the application. anybody with any related info would be appreciated. thanks.

hey guys , let's start a group for people who applied in november 2004 at nebrasak centre. i applied in nov. 18th 2004. EAD jan 2005 mid address changed AR 11 done march 2005 FP jan end AP feb first week 2005 I-140 approval letter may end 2005. with FP no RFE done yet.

do they send any actual card after I-140 approval. ? my I-140 was approved last month. i recieved the letter stating that it is approved but nothing more than that. anybody who had their I-140 approved plz. reply. thanks

how long after the application (all the forms concurrently) is accepted and receipt notice send , does INS ask for RFE? I still haven't got my visa screen but my application has been accepted so i was wondering how soon would they ask for visa screen certificate now?
