Unbelievable - 3 yrs extn catch?
Gurus please help: My 10th year H1 is valid thrul 12/30/2006. Three months ago I got my 140 approved. I believe I am eligible for 3 year H1 extension. I work for company A and I am on my 7th year H1B extension (my Labor certification is still under process). Can I ask company B to file for my 8th year H1B extension and work for them? (Assume company A is willing to continue my Greencard process) Please help...- meppayil
