Does NSC approve cases with expired FP?
Hello all. I recently replied an RFE about EVL on my case, and am waiting for the next step (hopefully approval). However, my 1st FP expired a few months back, and I haven't received any 2nd FP notice yet. Do they approve cases with expired FP? Does any of you have such...- davec
