labor cleared from New hampshire, 140/485 applied in California
Hi, I got my labor cleared from New Hampshire (Vermont Center). But currently, I am living in California, and our company lawyer applied my 140/485 from California service center. Is that okay? latest address is different from the one given in Labor.
I got my labor from New Hampshire, I had my NH address then, but now I am in California, and used this (CA) address in Biograpic Information form and I485 form. Is that okay? According to the new rules (I140/I485 will be cleared at the same time), Where will my 485 go? to SFO or Vermont...- dvbreddy
