My I-485 application (WAC0405xxxxxx) is pending since Dec. 2003. My I-140 (EB-2), applied in Sept. 2003, got approved in Sept. 2004. Travel question, AOS pending
My H1B approval is valid till Jan 15, 2005 (H1B visa stamp in my passport already expired). I have AOS (485) application pending with CSC.
