My wife\'s AP approved but not mine
Hi, We both applied for AP, EAD and 485 togather on Oct 1st. Both got EAD approved. My wife got her AP approved,but mine is not approved. She got her approval of AP two weeks ago. 7th year extension with < 365 days GC
All, My H1B 6 years in expiring on Oct 2001. I started my Green Card Processing on Nov 26th 2000. I applied I140 In VSC on May and just received my receipt.
