I applied I-485 using previous employer's approved I-140. Did not include Emp. letter. I was hoping 100% RFE or NOID since i did not attach emp. letter and surprisingly i was approved without RFE. should i need to use AC21 now and send emp. letter to just keep in their file so there is no...
