H4--->H1--->H4 Info required
I am currently in H4 status. One company sponsored H1 for me and it got approved (with I-94 and valid from 1st Oct'04). Due to personal reasons, I may not join them. in that case, Do I need to Cancel that H1 and re-apply for H4? or if i dont join them, can I stay in H4 itself. From 1st Oct'04...- pks1976
