H1B Transfer and gap between employers
I just resigned from my job for which I was working under a 1HB visa... I'm planning to take 6-10 weeks off (got a good package ;-)) before starting my next job (no offer signed yet) Question: Can my H1B (for my old employer) be transferred to the new employer even after a gap of 6-10...- Euroboy
