H-1B stamp and status renewal issues
Hello All, My H-1 visa stamp expires in March, 2005 while the H-1 status expires in September, 2005 (this is the date on I-94 & I-797). The problem is, I want to be able to travel in the period March-September 2005. What would be the best way to accomplish this? If I go to an embassy...- dkrylov
