    Any relaxation on 60 days rule for H1 revalidation?

    My H1 visa stamp is expiring on October 18 2004 which more than 60 days away from the 16 July deadline. Can I still send my passport for revalidation? I was hoping that, since this revalidation would be the last in the US, DOS would not be as stringent about applying the 60 days of visa...
