Just got approval mail for myself. Web site has also been updated. My wife's case is still pending though. History: Applied for Labor in Feb 2002 and it is still not approved. Meanwhile used Substitute Labor EB3 140 & 485 filed 3/2003 1st FP in 3/2003 I-140 approved in 6/2003 LUD...- luckybuddy
