    H4 Visa stamping in Mumbai but passport issued in Patna?

    Hi, I am planing to get married in the month of November'04 in Pune. Since she is from Bihar and her passport is issued in Bihar whether she has to apply for her H4 Visa in Calcutta consulate or she can apply in Mumbai consulate? Thanks in advance. SK
