My fiancée’s H1 transfer was denied for company A. Her current H1 from Company B is valid till Oct 2005. However she resigned from company B since she had to go back to her home country. Travel on H1 - Urgent help required
I have a valid visa stamped in my passport from company A that is valid till July 2005. I am in India now but before I left US, I applied for a visa transfer to company B. Revalidation - 2 month rule
I work for company A. My passport has stamped visa from company B that is valid till OCT 2004. Although my visa is valid for more than 2 months now & I no longer work for company B - can I still send my passport for revalidation? Any help would be highly appreciated.- tigger123
