I140 and EAD Question
I applied for EAD on Feb 27 2003 and got an RFE on my I140 regarding ability to pay.I want to know , whether that puts a hold on my EAD. As the local INS office at Baltimore said that they cannot issue an interim EAD as I485 is on hold. I have not yet replied the RFE. I dont see any change in...- 140_BCP

Interim EAD on Hold
I went to Baltimore office for an issuance of interim EAD as my I-765 application is pending over 90 days ( 27 Feb 2004). The INS officer refused an interim card saying that there is a "Hold on my I485 application". Is anyone in the same boat?. I guess this could have been triggered by a RFE (...- 140_BCP
