Anybody in my situation
I had my I-140 Pending since Dec 2002 and I waited too long to get the happy news of Approval. It happened on May 25 2004 and I got a copy of the approval from my lawyer also. All along the BCIS website never listed my I-140 EAC no, but suddenly it started showing once it is approved...- reallyfedup
