I-94 for VISA revalidation

VISA revalidation with expired VISA
My I - 94 has expired in Dec 2003 and I have a new H1 papers now. I planning to go to Vancouver, Canada for stamping. Is there any problem because my existing VISA is already expired. ?- dekg74
