Has anyone got approved by #016 recently after RFE? Mine was received by TSC on 2/5 and no word since then. I'm just getting a little anxious.

I haven't seen any new approvals today. Maybe they are still recovering from the long weekend. Hope tomorrow is a better day.

Several members of this forum have been issued a second RFE, which will further delay the process. I don't know why TSC keeps giving people a hard time. My lawyer told me today that a case could still be transfered to the local office even after a RFE was issued. Anyone heard of that kind of story?

My passport will expire in just over 6 months. Do you guys think it will cause any problem during stamping? Can I skip the stamping process and just wait for the actual card while getting the passport renewed. Any input is appreciated. Have a good weekend everyone.
