End of the road??:Company Ceases with pending I140/I485 past 180 days.
Company ceased. Have pending I140 & I 485 filed concurrently 300 days back, but both yet to be approved. EAD and AP was approved, but now beyond 6 year limit. Is this end of the road for me? Is there any possibility for using AC21 portability given that the I485 has been pending for 180...- someman
