It seem to take about 10 months to receive the FP notice, while now as per new processing dates the I140 date is Aug 6, i.e. 8.5 months. If both the above are correct, then nobody whose I140 is pending has received FP notice. Which means, the JIT shelf for the concurrent processing queue is...
