H1 Transfer + GC
My friend is changing company. New company is doing H1 B transfer in NON-PREMIUM. Can they file for LC (and may be 2nd/3rd) stage while H1B is still with INS as transfer case. Thus, if H1B transfer is still pending than can new company file for LC and other stages- priyajohar
