Is there a rule which states you need to be resident of the state for at least 90 days before applying from that state? Does it mean that you can't travel outside US for those 90 days?
INS also allows us to apply for citizenship 90 days before completing 5 years of continuous...
Hello friends,
I understand that after 4 years and 9 months of getting GC, one can apply for citizenship. I also know that the person needs to fulfill "continuous residency" condition. i.e can't be out of the country for more than 6 months.
But could someone please tell me what are the rules...
