    800 number hung up automatically?

    I called and followed the instructions but a message came up as "all agents are busy, please call during 8 to 10am or 4 to 6pm' and then it hung up automatically. It happened twice, anyone had similiar experience?

    Where to file I-131 to CSC, P.O.Box #?

    I couldn't find it anywhere on the USCIS website, it has all the addresses for other applications like I-485, I-765 etc. Can someone with previous experience tell me where you mailed the package? Thanks in advance
