Ive been told 2ways to get her child to America Get married then wait 2-3yrs,Or I can go pick him up and bring him back, Then get married Any other ideas I really dont want to sit on a plane for 20hrs{but I will if needed) Has any one else been in this situation?- zmwoody

My fiancee is here on a bvisa her son is still in China what would be the best way to get him here. Have me sponsor him get married . I thought this would be easy but its a PIA. Any info or places I can get info would be apprecated- zmwoody
