Transfer of an expired H1B
I am working on an H1B visa that expired on 8/3/2003. My employer filed an extension on 6/3/2003. If my employment terminates for any reason, and I find a new sponsor, will I be able to effect a visa transfer(considering the fact that the original H1B has expired)?
