Obtaining H4 Visa
Hi, I am on OPT and my fiance is on H1B. I'm getting married in India this Dec. 1. What are the chances of me (a US Master's graduate) getting a H4 Visa in India? ( I'm assuming that a dependent visa would be tough to get for a US educated spouse. Is there a law regarding this issue?)...- soham1
