EAD & L1 - Clarification
Hi Myself and my wife are on L1 and L2 visa which expires on Dec 11 2003. We also have our EAD and AP. I am planning to apply for L1 and L2 extension . My wife got a job and she would be using her EAD . In that case can i still go for an L2 extension for her. Is this a problem? I am...- sriramb_2003

Urgent Advice Required
Hi, My I-485 was applied in January at Vermont. I got my EAD and the finger priniting is not yet done.Currently on a L1 visa till Dec 2003 Due to unavoidable circumstances , I need to travel to India for a long duration(more than an year) What are the options of continuing the GC process...- sriramb_2003
