No name on Birth certificate
For my I485 I got Birth certificate from India. It does not have my name on it. It does not have my mother's name as well. Is it Ok or could we get RFE. Do we have to get Notarized letter for that (from INdia or here). Can anyone help....- mal64

Visa expires / EAD 90 days away
