    STATE LABOR vs CENTRAL LABOR

    Simple question...[ those who know the exact answer ] if a person started his labor certification in a regular basis , the initial one [ state ] is it possible to convert it to RIR when we apply to CENTRAL [ part 2 of the labor certification ] if yes...how ? Thanks - BM :confused:
