Does anybody know, are these 6 years of H1 calendar years, or actual time that somebody had H1? In other words, do they (BCIS) count the time someone was unemployed?- Cristian22

Change status after lay off
I know this has been asked already (about changing status after being layed off), but I was trying to get the latest news on this. I was layed off this Friday (05/09), my wife is on H1 status, so I need to change status to H4 ASAP. This I know... Now, everybody says that I am out of status as...- Cristian22
