birth certificate for I-485
My birth certificate doesn't contain my fathers' name. It has only my mothers' name. I need to submit the Birth Certificate for I-485 stage. Will this pose some issues. If so, do I need any extra documents to provide as proof. My I-140 is pending approval. I read that I can file my I-485 also...- avrdc
