confused with premium processing 15 days

how many days it take generally for H1 premium processing
Hello , My H1 transfer application is filed on 15th of April and I guess INS should receive it on 17th of April. For premium visa Processing it takes 15 days for approval. Does anyone has any idea that how many days it takes normally to process premium...- Meenu Gupta
